1 Adjustable Neck Massage

2 Versatile Use

Why doesn’t the neck massage reach my shoulders or upper back?

This massager is best suited for users between 5’2″–6’0″ . For optimal comfort and alignment, we recommend adjusting your sitting position or using a cushion behind your back to elevate your body slightly.

Is this a deep tissue massager? The pressure feels too light.

This product provides gentle kneading and rolling massage, designed for daily relaxation and muscle comfort. It is not intended for deep tissue or high-pressure massage, but you can increase intensity by leaning back more firmly into the seat.

Why does the heat feel slow or weak?

The heating function is designed to be safe and mild, gradually warming up within 5–10 minutes to a comfortable range of 45–55°C (113–131°F). The warmth helps enhance relaxation without overheating.
